Southern Teachers and Parents Federal Credit Union (ST&P FCU) is committed to meeting all your financial needs. • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

• Financial services providers such as those that provide mortgage, securities, credit card and insurance.

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We may also disclose information about you under other circumstances, as permitted or required by law.

If you decide to terminate your membership with ST&P, we will not share information we have collected about you, except as may be permitted or required by law.

How We Protect Your Information

We restrict access to information about you to those who need to know the information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your information.

How to Opt Out of Certain Disclosures of Information about You

If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic, personal information about you to certain parties that are not affiliated with ST&P Federal Credit Union, you may "opt out" of these disclosures. That is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures. This "opt out" will not apply to certain necessary disclosures that are permitted by law (such as transaction processing), but will apply to non-essential disclosures. If you wish to opt out of non-essential disclosures, you may select one of the following methods to exercise this right:

Request Account Data Removal (Mobile app and Home Banking)

To request user ID, device ID, and email address to be removed from the STPFCU Mobile app and Home Banking visit our contact page to request account data to be removed. Please note that you will lose access to Home and Mobile banking once this data is removed.
